Hey, I’m Jess!
I’m an Online Reading Specialist, Dyslexia Interventionist, and Early Education Consultant with over 20 years of experience teaching children how to read and spell. I founded The Phonics Framework to advocate for early literacy and early intervention, two important factors in helping young learners succeed. I specialize in identifying and addressing the root cause of reading and spelling difficulties, helping students build the foundational skills they need for success.

In addition to working directly with students, I love sharing my expertise with educators and leaders. Through consulting, I help schools, organizations, and fellow educators craft meaningful, evidence-based literacy instruction. This work allows me to amplify my impact, reaching even more students and shaping the future of early education.

    Our small group foundational skills class is designed to strengthen core reading and spelling skills. In a supportive and collaborative environment, your child will develop skills in phonics, fluency, comprehension, and spelling, while feeling successful, confident, and proud of their progress. Orton Gillingham & Speech to Print methods are used so you can expect steady and consistent progress throughout the program.
